✿ Do 2km brisk walking every morning.
✿ A totally tofu-based diet as the main dish for everyday meals. Tofu, nattō [fermented soybeans] and miso soup! Low calories and yet can fill up the stomach.
✿ Play 2 of ur favourite songs [at least 10mins] while exercising the abdominal by doing sit-ups.
✿ Red bean tea is good for slimming! Even if craving for some snacks, choose red bean ones.
✿ Do the 'cycling' exercise with your legs up in the air for 100 times, everytime after a bath at night. Besides slimming the legs, it will also have an effect on the abdominal area.
✿ Drink soybean milk whenever there's craving for sweet food. Always choose to eat low calories snacks when you have the cravings.
✿ Listen to your favourite singers' music and dance at home. Can even relief stress too.
✿ Having mainly green peas as snack or eat it with rice.
✿ Eat rice vermicelli with some seasoning. Can also have cabbage with tofu as the salad dish.
✿ Make your own fruit juice everyday → Banana or strawberry with milk.
✿ Have a bowl of pumpkin soup before meal, eating half bowl of rice will be enough.
✿ Raw ginger tea with honey can increase metabolism, therefore have slimming effect.
✿ Eat Korean food → spicy kimchi and seaweed soup is a must! Will naturally decrease amount of meat you consume.
✿ Do sit-up exercise at night for 50 times to stop yourself from taking supper.
✿ Cut food into mini size and drink beverage slowly using a straw, so that you will feel full even if you consume small amounts.
✿ Eat boiled beansprouts with a bit of salt added, for a meal everyday. Can also eat 1/3 of the usual ramen amount you consume with lots of beansprouts.
